Don't expect a sprawling marine wonderland—this 1980s education-focused aquarium in Batu Maung is small, modest, and genuinely excellent at what it does. RM5 gets you fish tanks showcasing Malaysian waters, free parking, and roughly 1.5 hours of actual entertainment.
